“Micromanaging narcissistic.
Control freak and tries to conquer and divide the staff instead of collaborating with them.
Does not welcome and appreciate constructive criticism and develops a gotcha attitude including disciplinary meetings, letters to file, and negative observation feedback. “

Ignores parents concerns. Is not approachable, has a nasty attitude, hides in her office, uses bully tactics to get her way, treats the staff very rude. Whenever a parent wants a meeting she’s never available. There is a lack of support on her part.
Since administrator came to the school 4 years ago it has turned for the worst. As for hiring people(nepotism)that she knows that have no clue in what they’re doing and also theft of service. Not enforcing certain rules as for sexual harassment. She also loves to send bullying emails just for tedious things. That’s why unfortunately I had to leave after serving that school 19 years.
My child was constantly bullied and instead of deescalating the situation she swept it under the rug. Given this lack of support, my son has attempted suicide. Rather than work with my issues and concerns, she has had me wait to conduct a meeting with her, causing multiple administrators to repeatedly call her on the loud speaker. She is a nasty and rude person. There is definitely a divide amongst the school community due to the “her way or the highway” approach and in turn, us parents suffer as we do not get the support needed from her. I shouldn’t have to chase her to get adequate support. She has never addressed my concerns.
“2nd yr principal- works along side abusive AP to harass and unfairly target teachers.
Turn over rate is high. Countless teachers and staff have resigned during the present school year.
We have had two parent coordinators in one school yr resign! “
