She takes away preps or threatens teachers when they do not do what she says.Teachers are fearful of leaving because she says she will call their potential school and slander them.

Interacting with this Assistant Principal is like being transported back to a nightmare high school movie where the queen bee and her minions engage in nasty, cruel , highly unprofessional mean girl tactics with shocking expertise. She is a manipulative, verbally abusive bully and habitually speaks to the staff like they are third grade students. There is no flexibility or opportunity for difference in opinions. There is only total, blind compliance with her. If you are not a “yes man” willing to give 24/7 to her impossible standards, then you are the enemy. Her lack of communication is best seen in her aggressive rants during data/grade team meetings where she not only contradicts what was demanded in the previous meeting but also contradicts what the other administrators have said. When you ask for clarification she screams and mocks and belittles you. Her tone is constantly rude and she oozes unprofessionalism. Don’t walk, run, if you see her coming.
