This principal is incredibly demeaning to students and staff. He does not respect employees time or expertise in a subject. He has held employees an hour past the mandated contract time throughout the month of June, including on the last day of school, June 27th. The school day ends at 2:40 and Loughren is holding his employees until 4:00 to share information that could have been in an email. He frequently complains about parents and students in our community, saying that parents do not care about their children, which is a completely inappropriate judgement call to make about the families we serve.
