7 teachers resigned this year… seems like an extremely toxic work environment from what I’ve heard
Tricia is a lovely person and I admire her as an administrator. She always treats teachers with the utmost respect, even those who don’t show it to her. She is kind and respectful. First year teachers resigned after being held accountable for their unprofessional behavior and 7 is inaccurate. A disgruntled employee should not shame a 20+ year veteran who is truly beloved by the community.
Ms.Keegan is also a horrible administrator with no consideration nor compassion for her staff.
Patricia Coulter is one of the most out of touch administrators I have ever worked with. She, along with Anne Keegan and Christina Calvi, made this school an extremely toxic and hostile work environment. In all my years as a teacher I have never felt more disrespected or manipulated. So many staff have resigned I can no longer keep count. And don’t get me started on their treatment of the children… this school needed to get shut down yesterday.
Why are comments about another administrator on this person’s page?
There are mentions of Anne Keegan (principal) and Christine Calvi (other AP) because any 209 teacher past/present knows they all operate as a unit. Their joint decisions as the admin team and subsequent horrible treatment towards staff have caused teachers to resign in droves. If they are hiring, which I’m sure they are due to their current staffing shortage, steer clear!!
