This principal is vindictive and mean spirited. She’s made staff flee her school, demanding they sign falsified admittances of negligence before they can transfer. She allows bus staff to transport special needs students improperly dressed on sidewalks. It’s a disgrace. She uses discontinuance like it’s a magic wand, butchering staff any chance she gets. She allows her favorite staff to take multiple days off to celebrate birthdays, and when they invite instructional staff to the events school is negatively affected— other staff are told to pick up the slack. Those days staff is left with doubled up students, throwing classroom student ratios out the window. Her bias and cruel nature is evident by her publicly belittling staff, but she puts on a good showing for the superintendent. Best friends with the union district representatives so don’t expect any help there sorry to say. Staff work in abject fear or they leave on a stretcher due to illness brought on by her tyranny. Narcissistic administrative team. The duo thrives off belitting, berating, and antagonizing people. A great show is put together for visitors at the expense of teachers’ mental and physical health.
Each year a new set of educators are hired which is a clear reflection of the poor leadership at this TOXIC organization.
