“Jessica Marciano is very unprofessional toward her staff,
Students, and parents. She shows favoritism toward certain staff members while also carrying out the principals dirty work. She is constantly taking out her bad moods on her staff that she doesn’t like. She makes comments about peoples attire, is unapproachable, has verbally abused staff and parents in front of others, and abuses her power over her staff. She gives out disciplinary letter frequently to staff members she doesn’t like but will not follow the same protocols to staff members she does like. She is unprofessional and rude to those who don’t do exactly what she wants. She picks on people that the principal tells her to and tries to make staff members that she doesn’t like leave the school. Since her and the principal have been in charge, over 20 staff members have left the school. She has also talked about staff members to other staff members and made many derogatory comments about them, some that I have personally witnessed. She doesn’t have the school, staff, or rude ya best interests in mind. “
