Mr. Haseley is unfair in his practices and targets staff members who are not “yes men”. Most of his decisions are based on his current emotional state. If he’s in a good mood you’re ok, if he’s in a bad mood then everyone suffers. Staff members have to keep their guards up because they don’t know when he’s going to flip on them.

All he is thinking about is how can he make life difficult for veteran teachers. His lies of omission make his observations a hit job while other teachers have been told to write their own observations. Has been credited with saying the only teachers that care are the white ones. A real piece of work to put it mildly.
