She micromanages. She doesn’t care about the children, but rather her reputation. She puts teachers against each other. She goes against the contract and tries to get away with it. She mishandles money from our budget. She is unapproachable. She has been out of compliance with children of special needs and will just throw them on a computer to say that they are getting their services. She berates teachers. She has made the school morale decrease since she started working in the building. she’s horrible to work for.
