Gossips. Belittles teachers. Only appreciates teachers that do favors for her. Shows no true appreciation for teachers. She lies to get out of situations. There’s a reason why over 10 teachers leave every year. She doesn’t value you as a teacher. She doesn’t try to educate her self on relate education techniques. Doesn’t rate teachers fairly. Asks children to bring in money and then keeps the money. Holds teachers to different standards. She lets some teacher redo their lessons being observed. She doesn’t stand up for her teachers. She’s not kind or thoughtful to her teachers. Doesn’t know what she’s doing isn’t works of leading a school.
