Tanya Howell is retaliative against staff that question her authority and abuses. She lies and speaks inappropriately to staff. She is disrespectfully . All you need to do is see her high rate of turnover. The school building is brand new and beautiful. The teachers get along well and are hard working. The teachers and staff leave because she is a horrible leader.
